Legal Information
By Installing Bathurst Legends for rfactor, you are accepting the
End User License agreement; this document.
The End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and Ausmodders for the
software product "Bathurst Legends", which includes computer
software, data files and associated documentation ("Software"). The
Software also includes any updates and supplements to the original
Software provided to you by Ausmodders. By installing, copying,
accessing or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this
EULA, do not install or use the Software. Ausmodders reserves all
rights not expressly granted under this EULA. Ausmodders may update
this agreement at any time and without notice by publishing this
update on the rFactor website, http://www.ausmodders.com.au/EULA.htm.
Licensing and Property
Bathurst Legends will not be sold nor is it licensed. Bathurst
Legends is the property of the authors AusModders and is protected
under Australian and international laws of intellectual property and
National and international copyright agreements. Any breach of this
EULA can result in civil or criminal action against you. We reserve
the right of legal action.
Limit of Use
Bathurst Legends is free for Private use. At no stage are you
permitted to:
* Exploit, or permit the exploitation of, this Software or any of
its parts commercially.
* Publicly display or permit the display of or charge a fee for the
use of this Software or any of its parts.
* Reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, decompile,
disassemble this Software, in whole or in part.
* Remove, disable or circumvent any copy protection or proprietary
notices or labels contained on or within the Software.
You may contact us at anytime in writting to admin@ausmodders.com.au requesting modifications to this EULA. We
reserve the right to grant modification and will only grant
modifications to this EULA via a written reply.
Proprietary Information
Any file, information, content, ideas, or other parts relating to
this product or its development is proprietary to Ausmodders.
Warranty and Limitations
The use of this software is at your own risk.
